Report to the CEO 市场部总监/副总的工作职责 1. 主持公司整体市场企划：品牌形象广告、媒体平台广告策略与计划以及媒体计划、以及管理公司VI系统；协助媒体平台、渠道、定价、广告、促销、宣传等各项策略订定与执行。 2. 主持公司整体现有媒体平台广告的销售状况的收集、整理、与分析、价格体系的调整、促销计划的制定和执行，包括促销品的发放与控制； 负责年度市场费用预算及目标市场费用预算以及审批区域和渠道促销计划，并监督其执行控制。 3. 负责收集、整理、分析各类市场信息资料，建立信息资料库为事业部决策层提供决策依据。 4. 制定相关市场活动的招标标准，并负责组织各类供应商、执行商的招标会，货比三家做选择。
