讲座题目：Introduction to recent research and a study on “Shipping Service Planning with Operational Uncertainties”

 摘要：The work is investigating a planning issue of container shipping under the slow steaming strategy. Optimisation and case study were conducted to optimize the number of ships, the planned maximum sailing speed, and the liner service schedule in order to simultaneously optimise expected cost, the service reliability and the shipping emission with port time uncertainty. The research helps understanding of relationships of the key factors and their impacts on shipping line performance.
