Accommodation and Logistics
Complementary hotel accommodation at Beijing Friendship Hotel on 2017 April 20 and 21 will be provided for guests. If you will not stay at Beijing Friendship Hotel during the Meeting, please kindly inform Ms. Anya Gu upon submitting this Registration Form at lingu@bjtu.edu.cn.
There will be shuttle services between Beijing Friendship Hotel and BJTU on 2017 April 21 for the Meeting. There will also be pickup and drop-off services for the guests at the airport and train station on 2017 April 20 and 22.
International Travel
Option 2: The guest books the international round-trip tickets and School of Economics and Management make the reimbursement to the guests afterwards.
- 1). flight itinerary
- 2). copy of passport ID page (We will do the copy upon the guest's arrival.)
- 3). copy of entry and exit stamp for this travel (We will do the copy upon the guest's arrival for the entry stamp, please send along the exit stamp afterwards.)
- 4). invoice of the flight tickets
- 5). the original boarding pass for the arriving trip and the copy of boarding pass for the departing trip
