The China-Europe railway lines can be split into domestic and international parts. On the one hand, the main problem of domestic part is the coincidence of the transportation lines that results in the intensive competition among the domestic operators. Therefore, the government has to subsidize the operators in order to cover the loss of less than container transportation due to the internal competition. On the other hand, the freight rate in the international lines is determined by the negotiation between Chinese operators and foreign players. Whereas, it is difficult to reach a satisfied agreement with the consideration of various differences, such as tax and regulation issues. Therefore, it is needed to optimize the domestic lines, and coordinate the players between the domestic operators and international operators.

中欧铁路可分为国内和国际两部分。一方面,国内的主要问题是交通线路的一致,导致国内运营商之间的激烈竞争。因此,政府必须补贴经营者,以弥补由于内部竞争而造成的集装箱运输损失。另一方面,国际航线的运价是由国内外双方谈判协商决定的。然而,鉴于各种差异,例如税收和监管问题,双方很难达成令人满意的协议。因此,需要优化国内航线,协调国内运营商和国际运营商之间的关系。
